My Why:

As a child, I was bit twice in two completely different situations by two very different dogs. Those experiences taught me early on that any dog, regardless of size or breed, can react unpredictably when a child does not understand canine behavior or boundaries. Today, as a professional dog trainer and founder of Doggie Do Right Dog Training, I have unfortunately seen many children bitten by their own family dog or by a friend’s dog. That is why I created this program — to help children better understand dogs, recognize their body language, and learn how to interact safely and respectfully. My mission is simple: to help keep children safe while building positive relationships between kids and dogs. If all the time, passion, and hard work I have poured into this program helps protect even one child from being injured, then every moment spent creating it was absolutely worth it.
